The Kauffeldts are based at Pan Africa Christian College (PACC) where Kirk is the Academic Dean. He also serves as the General Secretary for Theological Education and Leadership Training Advisory Council (TELTAC), a body that serves all of the PAOC sponsored schools in Africa. Shelley is the ChildCARE Plus Coordinator for Kenya. Her particular ministry is a feeding program for 500 children at the Ngei Primary School in the Mathare Valley Nairobi slum. She also serves on various committees for both PACC and PAOC including the campus Ladies Fellowship Ministry.

After serving as the Regional Coordinator for the West Indies with Seeds International for more than 5 years, in 2009 Michelle took a "tent-making" teaching position at an international school to enable her and her husband Rene to plant a church in Trinidad. On a volunteer basis as she is able, Michelle continues to coordinates the training, implementation and certification of Project Seedbag in the West Indies, and the involvement of Canadian short-term mission church teams. Project Seedbag puts an evangelistic and beginning discipleship study for children, Seedlings, in the public elementary school systems of the West Indies. Local classroom teachers are trained to teach the Seedlings study. Part of Michelle's year is spent in Canada preparing short-term mission church teams and sharing the vision of Seeds International, Project Seedbag, for the West Indies.
